With a digital height indicator and height tracking decoder, a single wing drop tester may perform a free drop test of the package's surface, angle, and edge. It can provide an accurate product drop height as well as a pre-set drop height error of less than 2%, or 10 mm.
Easy to operate, this two-wing drop test machine has an easy-to-use electric reset feature, an electronically controlled drop function, and a double column structure with a single arm. A special hydraulic buffering system extends the machine's life significantly. Its single-arm set's stability and safety can be readily applied to the product, and its impact angle on the floor plane angle error is less than 5 degrees at drop angles.
