Bursting Strength Tester

Burst tester is the basic instrument for testing the anti-bursting degree of paper or cardboard, using Mullen test methods. 

Application

Used to determine a variety of paper and not more than 2000kpa monolayer of thin cardboard, or a variety of single and multi-layer cardboard and corrugated cardboard can also be used to detect silk cotton and other non-paper products.

Principle

It adopts signal transmitting press. When the specimen is burst, the tester stores the maximum of bursting strength automatically.

The sample placed on the membrane, with sample holder clamping and hydraulic pressure evenly, sample free raised together with the membrane, until the sample burst, the maximum hydraulic pressure strength is the burst value of the sample.
