SKZ111 Paper Moisture Meter
SKZ111 paper carton moisture meter is a high-performance digital moisture measuring instrument introduced by our company in the domestic market with foreign advanced technology. The instrument adopts the principle of high frequency wave, the digital display, the sensor and the main body are integrated into one, and there are 6 gears used to measure the moisture of various paper, cardboard, tile paper, carton, pulp board, etc. It is an ideal instrument for testing moisture in the production process of paper making, printing and packaging industry.
SKZ111 paper moisture meter uses foreign advanced technology to adopt the principle of high frequency, that is, there is a natural frequency in the instrument, the moisture of the measured object is different, the frequency is different through the sensor into the machine, and the difference between the two frequencies is converted into a digital display by frequency current converter.
Procedure of use:
1. Select the gear according to the measured object.
Because the paper structure is different, its dielectric coefficient is also different, the above gear is the recommended gear.
If there is any error, please compare and verify. For example, when measuring a paper with a known moisture of 8% and turning the dial gear to 6, the number is displayed as 08.0, and when measuring similar paper again, the dial should be turned to 6 gear.
2.Zero: handheld instrument (probe does not contact with the measured object), open the switch (press the ON key), the number should be displayed within ±0.5. If it is not within its range, the ZERO knob (ZERO) should be slowly adjusted so that the number is displayed within ±0.5.
3.Measurement: Because the instrument uses high frequency waves, the probe is pressed on the paper surface. The round head of the sensor contacts the paper surface in a straight line, and the instrument is parallel to the paper. Turn ON the switch (flip the switch to ON), and when the number is stable, the number displayed is the moisture value of the measured object.
Note: Due to the strong penetration of high frequency waves, there should be no iron plates or magnets at the bottom of and around the measured object when measuring.
